Arthritis and Diet

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Can I eat curd/rice the so called ‘cold things’ ?
Arthritis is not worsened by curd/rice or the so called ‘cold things‘. However, some individuals do notice that certain food stuffs make their arthritis flare up. In that case, it makes sense to avoid these food items. If you believe a certain food increases your arthritis symptoms, there's no harm in omitting it from your diet to see if it helps. However, do not omit too many things from the diet as the same would reflect on your health later.
There are many diets that claim to cure Rheumatoid Arthritis. Is this true?
Apart from essential fatty acids, there is no evidence that any diet cures Rheumatoid Arthritis. Do not stop your anti arthritis medicines without consulting your doctor. Never start any of these diets without consulting your doctor.
